DURATION: 6 months

WORK LOCATION: CCAMP, Bangalore, KA

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Freshers or experienced

§ Currently pursuing or already obtained Master's in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.

§ Currently pursuing or already obtained degree in B. Tech-Biotech, M. Tech Pharmacology or Pharmacy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Sound knowledge on Molecular biology / Cell biology / Microbiology / biochemistry

§ Prior experience with protein purification techniques (affinity chromatography, SDS-PAGE)

§ Familiarity with UV-Vis spectrophotometers, HPLC, or chromatography systems.

§ Experience with data analysis and interpretation related to protein purification

§ Previous internship or laboratory experience in a related field will be preferred

CORE DUTIES:

§ Conduct product stability testing to ensure the consistency and reliability of purified proteins

§ Perform quality control testing on products.

§ Assist in the purification of proteins using various chromatographic techniques.

§ Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and procedures in laboratory notebooks.

§ Support the preparation of buffers and reagents required for protein purification.

PROBATION PERIOD: 03 Months

Expect minimum 6 months of commitment from a candidate (internship period)

STIPEND:

§ 6 months internship with stipend of Rs.10,000/- per month

§ Performance during internship will determine your full-time position with BioLOCKEY
